Woldumar Nature Center Wedding

My dear friend and childhood neighbor married in June at the Woldumar Nature Center in Lansing. I had the privilege of crafting flowers for the wedding party, centerpieces for the reception, and ceremony arrangements. This was one of my favorites because of the simplicity, yet wild and natural design of the flowers. The bride's bouquet featured cream standard roses, spray roses, and astilbe, accented by seeded eucalyptus, ruscus, and maidenhair fern.

The bridesmaid's bouquets also included cream and blush standard roses, maidenhair fern, green hypericum berry, and dark purple lisianthus for a pop of color.

The boutonnieres consisted of hops and baby's breath.

The reception was in the center's beautiful, old barn. The tables included burlap and greenery runners or a rustic box of baby's breath and seeded eucalyptus.
