Burgundy and Blue Weddings

This season, a fair share of my clients have chosen shades of wine and blue for their wedding colors.  Rightfully so, the color combination is beautifully striking for fall.

This post is the first of my clients of the season.  Not the first client, but the first with professional pictures provided to me!  I couldn’t be more excited to share these bouquets!

The bride’s style was rustic with just a touch of whimsy.  The rustic features come out in the decor at the reception, but I get to add the whimsy with slightly wild bouquets filled with thistle, seasonal mums,  delphinium, garden roses, wax flower, and succulents.  I was told later by the mother of the bride, that they repotted the succulents as a reminder of the wedding and the very special day!  How incredible is that!

I also created chair arrangements for the aisle, as well as boutonnières and corsages.

Thank you to Lynzee Harrison Photgraphy for the pictures, and Nelson Park in Mount Pleasant MI for the beautiful ceremony space.
